Present regulations describe the conditions of reservtion and using the apartments . Making reservation means the acceptance of present regulations.

  1. The reservation can be done by telephone (mobile +48 605190190) from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 9 pm or via the interent: 24/7. It is needed to write: name, surname, address, telephone number ( mobile) , time, prefered apartment and number of people.
  2. Apartments are rented for twenty-four hours. It does not concern long weekends, bank holidays, and summer and winter holidays.
  3. You will receive the confirmation of your reservation in written form- electronic during 24 hours from the date of sending reservation.
  4. After receving the confirmation, it is required to pay 40% of advance in two days by transfer.
  5. The rest of money ( 60%) should be paid in the day of coming to the apartment by cash or by transfer to the bank account.
  6. Payment for accomodation does not include climatic fees. It is collected in the Day of coming, 1,50 zl per person/day.
  7. The reservation can be cancelled only in a written form on,not later than 30 days before planned date of coming. The advance will be given back during 7 days from the date of receiving the information of cancellation. We will keep 10% servicecosts. If the reservation is cancelled not in due time ( less than 30 days), the advance will not be given back.
  8. The client can devolve the reservation to the other person, provided that this person assumes on a duty resulted from the reservation. In that case it is obligatory to inform us via email about new personal details.
  9. The hotel night lasts from 4 pm in the arrival day to 11am in departure day. The client should inform the person responsible for keys delivery 1 hour before coming to the apartment by written form or via mobile phone.
  10. Still of the night is from 10 pm to 6 am.
  11. During the stay it is forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
  12. It is possibile to come with a domestic animal, for example cat, dog etc. It will cost 100zl for the whole stay.
  13. Additional cot will cost 50zl/day. Please inform us during reservation.
  14. The apartment will be cleaned before and after coming. Additional clearing during the stay will cost 100zl.
  15. The nmber of people is limited ( it is written in the offer or on the reservation). It is requested to inform by phone or via email about the number of people. If during the stay or at the end of stay the amount of people is different, the client can be surcharged.
  16. The client is obliged to take care of good neighbour relations and to keep the apartment in good condition.
  17. The client is obliged to inform the person responsible for keys about possible damages, lacks and causing damages . If something is destroyed, the client is obliged to cover the expenses.
  18. If something unpredictible occurs , reserves the right to devolve the reservation to the substitute, similar apartment. If an unexplained phenomenon takes place are allowed to cancel the transaction. It also regards the situation when client?s safety could not be guaranteed. The money paid by the client will be reimbursed, amount for offered services will be deducted.
